  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their orders in real time through the courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur.

  • SUPOV is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

  • In case of lost shipments, customers should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

    • Do not accept the delivery, if possible

    • Or record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours

  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


9. Incorrect Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • SUPOV is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


10. Partial Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability and warehouse locations.

  • You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
